Shipping & Handling Information

• Buyer pays listed shipping, handling and insurance, to street addresses only, via UPS Ground in the 48 contiguous states.
• If the listed shipping cost is $ 0.00 or labeled as "FREE", actual shipping charges will apply. All shipments for items over $250 require a signature.
• Please email us for the correct amount for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and P.O. boxes via USPS. For those customers with P.O. Boxes and addresses outside the 48 contiguous states, insured Priority USPS shipping with delivery confirmation (signature confirmation required for items over $250) is available at a higher cost. USPS packages are shipped twice per week, so there may be up to a 5-day delay. Please send us an email with your zip code for a shipping quote prior to bidding.
• Please expect a two to three business day delay between payment receipt and product shipment.
• We can usually combine shipping of smaller items. Computers and other large items are shipped separately, unless enough equipment has been purchased to fill a pallet and be sent via freight service.
• Auction Partner is no longer offering combined shipping for LCD Monitors.
• If you have bids on multiple items and would like us to hold all of the items to ship together, we will warehouse multiple items pending completion of the remaining auctions, there will be a storage charge for any items that we warehouse for more than two weeks from the close of the auction for that item.

• If product is too big (dimensions or weight) for normal ground shipping, we will ship it via freight carrier. We prefer to use USF Bestway for freight shipping, but will use yours if you would prefer. If weight and dimensions are not included in the auction, please email us for the weight and dimensions. Please note that we will ship using winning bidder's shipping arrangements but that winning bidder will be required to make all necessary arrangements for pickup and shipping and that there will be an $15.00 packing fee for items that can be packed in a box or a $45.00 - $250.00 palletization fee for items that require packing on a pallet. Auction Partner is not responsible for any damage that occurs to any uninsured shipments that are shipped using a winning bidder's shipping arrangements.
