Payment Policies

Auction Partner accepts the following payment methods:

Credit cards and electronic checks through PayPal, with shipment to confirmed STREET addresses only. E-checks must clear before the item is shipped or made available for pick up.
Cashier's Check, Business or Company Check or Money Order, with a 10-business day waiting period prior to shipping for checks over $50.
Wire Transfer (will incur a $15 processing fee)

Personal checks are not accepted and will be returned.
Please complete eBay's checkout to obtain our mailing address if you would like to send your payment.
If payment or checkout information is not received within 7 days, we will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay.
If, after 7 days from filing the Unpaid Item Dispute, we fail to receive payment or notice from the winning bidder, we will close the dispute, post appropriate feedback, and relist the item. Buyers who fail to fulfill their contract to purchase their item will receive an Unpaid Item strike. Please refer to eBay's Unpaid Item Policy/Process for additional information.
8.25% sales tax will be added to the total amount due (winning bid plus shipping and handling charges) for Texas residents. Resellers must fax us a Texas Sales Tax Exemption form to waive the sales tax.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL EBAY USERS: Auction Partner does NOT accept bids or payments from any eBay users outside the United States, even if a U.S. delivery address can be provided. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US TO ASK FOR AN EXCEPTION! Any international bids that are discovered prior to the auction's completion will be cancelled. Any completed auctions that are won by international bidders will have an Unpaid Item Dispute filed immediately, your winning bid will be invalid, and you will receive an Unpaid Item strike. ATTENTION PAYPAL USERS: In order for us to be protected under PayPal's Seller Protection Policy, we adhere to its policy of shipping only to confirmed addresses. Auction Partner ships items via UPS Ground ONLY to a confirmed street address. If your confirmed address is a P.O. Box, we can ship via USPS, but shipping will likely be more expensive, and you should email us prior to using PayPal to verify the actual cost. If your confirmed address is a residence and you want us to ship the item(s) to a business address that is not confirmed, we suggest you use another form of payment.
